University of Canterbury, Ethel Rose Overton Scholarship for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Studies, New Zealand 2020

The University of Canterbury (UC) is accepting applications for the Ethel Rose Overton Scholarship for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students to study in New Zealand. The scholarship supports postgraduate students and honors degree students in Art History, Art Theory, or Fine Arts at the University of Canterbury.

Scholarship Worth: $3,000-$30,000.

Country/Candidate Eligibility: Domestic and International students

Eligibility and Selection Criteria: To be eligible for the UC Ethel Rose Overton Scholarship for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Studies in New Zealand, the following criteria are set down;

  • Applicants must be enrolled, or intending to enroll, at the university in a degree program
  • Applicants’ enrolment should be in one of the following degrees:
    BA(Hons) in Art History, Art Theory, or Fine Arts
    b. BFA(Hons)
    c. MA in Art History, Art Theory, or Fine Arts
    d. MFA
    e. Ph.D. in Art History, Art Theory, or Fine Arts
    (Recipients of the scholarship who are studying for a Ph.D. must be enrolled full-time).
  • Candidates must meet all other eligibility pertaining to admission and entry requirements
